Take Charge of Pythium
Verio fungicide is the latest addition to the line of
products from Phoenix Envioronmental Care LLC. Verio contains metalaxyl as
the active ingredient and controls diseases such as Pythium, phythopthora and yellow tuft.
Verio is available in an MEC formulation and can be
used in rotation or in combination with several other Phoenix Pythium control fungicides.
It can also be tank-mixed with other Phoenix products.
Verio is available in four-by-one and 7.5-gallon
BATPak containers.
Nufarm Targets Nutsedge
Nufarm Halosulfuron Pro from Nufarm Americas, Inc.
controls nutsedge and other weeds in turf and ornamental plantings. It can
control both purple and yellow nutsedge and helps reduce callbacks from
clients.
It is available in a 0.9-gram, water-soluble packet
that treats up to 1,000 square feet and a 1.33-ounce bottle for
larger-scale applications.
