One of Belgard's fastest-growing product lines is the Environmental Collection, which features aesthetically pleasing permeable interlocking concrete pavers (PICP) that reduce pollution from rainwater runoff and provide stormwater management solutions. As a result of recent studies, the EPA recognized the PICP system as one of the preferred methods for stormwater management and one of the few management systems able to handle heavy vehicular loads for both residential and commercial applications. Belgard's permeable pavers perform at five times 100-year storm standards, manage twice as much water as a retention pond, and qualify for a number of LEED credits in commercial construction.
