Cutquick Machines from Stihl

The 12-inch TS 410 and 14-inch TS 420 STIHL Cutquick cut-off machines feature a new anti-vibration system, IntelliCarb compensating carburetor system, ElastoStart starting handle with built-in shock absorber and the X2 air filtration system.


Excavator Grade Control Systems

The X62 and X42 are new to Topcon Positioning Systems’ series of excavating control solutions. The X62 can be used for cutting slopes and excavating trenches. The system includes the GX-60 touch-screen display and four 360-degree tilt sensors all connected via a CANBus configuration. The X42 consists of four tilt sensors, the GX-40 graphical display and a detachable light bar for grade indication.


Case M Series 3 Loader/Backhoes

The Case M Series 3 line of loader/backhoes includes the 580M, 580 Super M, 580 Super M+, 590 Super M and 590 Super M+. These models range in net horsepower from 79 to 109, with dig depths from 14 feet 3 inches to 20 feet 4 inches with the Extendahoe. All M Series 3 models feature Case Family IV engines.


Additions to John Deere Skid Steer Family

The 313 and 315 John Deere skid steers offer rated operating capacities of 1,300 and 1,500 pounds, respectively. They feature 45 hp engines that are certified to EPA Interim Tier 4 emissions levels and electronic controls for idle stability, cold start performance and transient response.


Somero’s Mini Screed

The new mini screed from Somero Enterprises weighs in at 352 pounds. The unit has a 6-foot head and utilizes laser-leveling technology to cut the concrete to a finished grade, screed it flat and vibrate it smooth in one pass.


Cat Super Compact Telehandler

The TH255 super compact telehandler is a new model in the Caterpillar line. The TH255 has a rated load capacity of 5,500 pounds, lift height of 18 feet 4 inches and capacity at maximum reach of 1,850 pounds. Equipped with a universal skid steer coupler, it can handle a variety of work tools including forks, hooks, buckets, augers and brooms.


BMD Minidumper 4×4

Belle Group’s BMD Mini-dumper 4×4 has two and four-wheel drive modes and the ability to climb 38-degree inclines. The Minidumper features four forward and one reverse gear; a four-stroke, 5.5 hp, Honda engine; and load capacity of 661 pounds. With a 28-inch width, it is idea for confined spaces.


New Zero-Tail-Swing Compact Excavator

Mustang added a fourth zero-tail-swing compact excavator to its lineup. The 2803ZT has a side-mounted engine and rear-mounted hydraulic and fuel tanks for easy access to maintenance points. It features two driving speeds, pilot-operated pedals and an X-shaped chassis frame of high-strength steel.


Power-Return Rule from Klein Tool

The Tape Stop Power-Return Rule is an addition to Klein Tool’s line of power-return rules. The 150th anniversary limited edition tape measure features a self-lock blade and is designed with oversized, easy-to-read numbers and a dual-end hook. The 1-inch wide, nylon-coated blade extends to 25 feet.


Groutzilla Grout Delivery System

The Groutzilla mechanical grout delivery system from Stone Construction Equipment is now available in a gas model. It boasts a self-wiping Talet auger system, swing-away discharge snout and replaceable hopper. A positive hydraulically controlled shut-off valve seals the hopper and stops material flow when activated. The auger, with reinforced, composite polymer flighting, prevents binding due to various aggregate sizes.


Cure for Cracks in Concrete

DITEQ Corp.’s C-TEQ Crack Chaser Saw is designed to repair random cracks in concrete and other solid surfaces. The saw features a center-mounted blade and electric, push-button, depth-of-cut control mounted on the handle. Power options include 9, 13.5 and 22 hp Subaru engines.


Hand Troweling Alternative

Able to produce a high-gloss finish, the Concrete Drill Finisher can be used with corded or cordless, variable-speed power drills or an extension arm. From Materials for Less, the finisher comes with one rotor and three adjustable pivoting blades. It has the ability to finish from 350 to 650 square feet per day.


Concrete Mixing Made Easy

The reusable concrete mixing bag makes it possible to mix and pour ready-mix concrete without a bucket or tools. For small jobs and repairs using two to 10 bags of ready-mix concrete.


EZ Pour Action

Jackson Professional Tools’ EZ Pour Spout Wheelbarrow boasts a corrosion-proof, 6-cubic-foot capacity poly tray. A heavy-duty H-brace and steel cross strips provide stability, while tubular tray braces offer additional support for heavy loads. Jackson leg stabilizers make it tip resistant.


Lightweight Power Roller Screed

The Spin Screed consists of an aluminum pipe that is made to spin by a heavy-duty right angle drill. The pipe can be custom cut to lengths up to 22 feet. It can be used on stiff, low slump concrete of only 3 inches or on a wet mix.


Flexible Concrete Form

Techtonic Corp.’s BendyForm is constructed of 3/8-inch thick flexible plastic. Ideal for forming sidewalks, driveways, steps, pool decks, landscape borders, etc. You can shape it, stake it, pour it and reuse it. Available in 2, 3.5, 5, 6.5 and 9.75-inch heights.


Power Trowels

The TR trowel series is available in 36 and 48-inch models. The trowels, from Husqvarna, feature include a lifting bracket, cast iron base, heavy-duty Viton seals in the gearbox and blade arms with a universal bolt pattern. Adjustable arms allow the operator to easily adjust the arm if the trowel is out of balance.


Material Handling Solution

The Dumpzit is capable of handling a broad range of materials and has wireless remote capabilities. With the Dumpzit, you can convert a 3/4 to 2-ton pickup or flatbed truck to a 2-cubic-yard dump system. Adaptable to various types of trailers and equipment. Concrete Finishing Overshoes

Concrete Innovations’ FINISHINGSLICKS allow concrete workers to finish concrete, while leaving a minimum foot impression. The lightweight rubber shoes are designed to slip over and strap around the worker’s shoe. Fits any size shoe.


Big Performance Saws in a Small Package

The MK-3000 series of concrete saws are self-propelled and use a manual depth feed. Equipped with an electric start, self-contained transmission and Briggs and Stratton Vanguard or Kohler Command Pro engine options. Offered with a 24-inch blade guard and 9.5-inch depth of cut or 30-inch blade size with a 12.5-inch depth of cut.


On-Screen Cut and Fill Site Excavation Software

Vertigraph has released its SiteWorx/OS On-Screen Cut and Fill Takeoff software. It is used to calculate cut and fill volumes and material quantities from CAD and raster files. Works with DWG, DXF, PDF, TIFF and mother file types. Provides 3-D graphics of the existing and proposed site.


StoneTree Concrete Fence Walls

AFTEC’s StoneTree Concrete Fence Walls are manufactured from high-strength, precast concrete and are available in a variety of designs including random ashlar stone, dry-stacked stone and slate block. The textured finishes are defined on both sides of the wall. The walls are available in 6 and 8-foot heights and are manufactured in 15-foot long sections.


Produce a Precise Finish Grade

The SiDE GRADER, from SGS, Inc., produces a finish grade within 3/16 inch and works from the road. A computer guided by a slope sensor controls the slope of the blade. Features a Sure Grip multifunction joystick control. Disconnects in 30 minutes, allowing full use of the excavator.
