PHOENIX, Ariz.- Ewing has restructured its operations to provide the company with added flexibility and focus in achieving the company’s sales goals and growth objectives.

Ewing has made some significant changes to the structure of its company and leadership, announcing the appointment of three new vice presidents to oversee Ewing’s Western, Central and Eastern Divisions.

J.R. Richards, vice president, Western Division, oversees and supports the Pacific Northwest, California and Southwestern regions. Richards previously served as regional manager for Ewing’s Southwest territory.

Jay Riviere, vice president, Central Division oversees and supports the Rocky Mountain, Midwest, and Texas regions. Previously, Riviere served as Ewing’s South Texas regional manager.

Ray Murphy, vice president, Eastern Division, oversees and supports the Southeast, East Coast, and Florida regions. Murphy previously served as regional manager of Ewing’s Southeast territory.

Additionally, Jim Hudson has accepted the new position of vice president of sales for Ewing. Hudson’s responsibilities include market analysis and development and oversight of Ewing’s sales programs and processes, as well as providing support for product sales managers, divisional vice presidents and regional managers.

Along with the vice presidential appointments, Ewing welcomed several new members to the company’s regional management team, including Casey McWilliams, Pacific Northwest; Jake Ray, Arizona; Dave Northrup, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas; Sean Wimble, Central Texas; Leon Garza, South Texas; Aaron Budimlija, Midwest; and Marshall Caudill, Southeast.

The appointments for the resulting branch manager position openings were fulfilled internally. The new managers include: Chris Bednarek in Tigard, Ore.; Hunter Williams in Chandler, Ariz.; Jake Sommer in Peoria, Ariz.; Herman Romero in Albuquerque, N.M.; Ray Salazar in Austin, Texas; and Greg Stafford in Houston, Texas. Relocations included Ray Espinoza from Peoria to Deer Valley, Ariz.; Mike Falloon from Austin to Cedar Park, Texas, and Mike Alvarado from Houston to Friendswood, Texas.

Promoting from within
All 17 new appointments were internal promotions earned by qualified Ewing employees that excelled in the company’s robust employee development program.
