FINN Corporation has promoted longtime service and production manager, Keith Spitznagel, to the new position of director of parts and service. In this role, Spitznagel’s first order of business is to improve FINN’s training and support capabilities, specifically to its dealers, but also to translate to its customer base in general.
With the priority on improving FINN’s support capabilities, Spitznagel will immediately work on bettering parts department communications and procedures, where the ordering and shipping of parts invites the most contact between FINN and its dealers. He will also work with others in the organization to develop a Web-based parts and service training program using Classroom Manager, which currently houses FINN’s online sales training program. This online training will augment current training opportunities and the hands-on training conferences to be held at the FINN facility in Fairfield, Ohio, on a semi-annual basis.
Spitznagel is currently FINN’s production manager and will begin transitioning immediately into his new role with full engagement expected by month’s end.
