HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. – Greenscape, Inc., owner of Weed Man franchises in Raleigh and Wilmington, N.C., have added mosquito control services under the Weed Man brand to their landscape maintenance offerings. Basic and enhanced packages are available to help keep mosquito populations under control.
According to the Centers for Disease Control, mosquitoes carry diseases that may be transmitted to humans, including West Nile virus, malaria, Dengue Fever and several types of encephalitis. They are also responsible for transmitting heartworm disease to dogs and cats that have not received preventive treatment.
