POWAY, Calif. – Benchmark Landscape, based here, has been awarded a new maintenance service contract from the Rosedale Homeowners Association in Oceanside, Calif.

"Our expertise and insight will improve the value, beauty and functionality of their community’s landscape."
As part of the contract, Benchmark Landscape will maintain all the common areas of the Rosedale site. This includes landscape and irrigation along with providing annual landscape color changes.
