Brickman Adds Eric Robinson to Management Team

GAITHERSBURG, Md.-Eric Robinson has been named to the newly created role of senior vice-president, human resources for The Brickman Group, Ltd., headquartered here. Robinson will work with the executive team to continue to improve Brickman’s human resources capabilities.

The largest commercial landscaping and snow removal firm in the country, Brickman is preparing for the next phase of its 70-year development, by building out a strategic infrastructure of key business leaders to support the company’s growth. The senior vice-president of human resources will provide the executive focus, strategy development and leadership to support the company’s continued investment in Brickman’s most critical asset – its people.

Robinson comes to Brickman with 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience. Immediately prior to joining Brickman, he was leading the Human Resources function for Mohawk Industries Commercial and International businesses in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was responsible for leading talent management, including succession planning, Mohawk University development, and talent acquisition for growth. 

Prior to Mohawk, Robinson spent nearly 10 years as the vice president of human resources for Pulte Homes. He served as a key business partner for a $6 billion business where he led the human resources strategy development for key areas such as talent management, training and leadership development.

Robinson holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from Ohio University, serves as a Human Resource Leadership Forum board member and is actively involved in the community. 

Married with two children, he and his family will be relocating from Suwanee, Ga., near Atlanta, to Maryland where he will work at the Gaithersburg corporate office.
