Dolibois Retires as ANLA Leader

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The new year brings a new leader for the American Nursery & Landscape Association. Bob Dolibois, pictured right, retired as ANLA executive vice president On Dec. 31. He served the ANLA for 21 years. On Jan. 1, 2013, Michael Geary, CAE, became the new executive vice president.

Bringing 21 years of experience in association management, including the past two as the CEO of OFA, Geary will helm both organizations. He will split his time between OFA’s office in Columbus, Ohio, and ANLA’s offices in Washington, D.C. preparing for a scheduled formation of a new joint organization on Jan. 1, 2014. ANLA’s government relations and research team will remain in Washington, DC.

Dolibois, and his wife Susie, will be recognized for their contributions to our association and this industry during the HRI reception, January 10th, at MANTS in Baltimore.
