Consumers looking for John Deere utility tractors, lawn and garden equipment, loaders and other equipment will have a great opportunity to see and test-drive the latest equipment during the company’s annual Drive Green Challenge events this year. They’ll also qualify for a $500 discount on John Deere compact and utility tractors and a chance to win a John Deere 1 Series Tractor with loader and mower.
For the fifth consecutive year, John Deere dealers across the country are hosting Drive Green Challenge events from January through November. These popular events are designed to give property owners, farmers and ranchers, commercial lawn and landscape operators and interested consumers a chance to test-drive John Deere utility tractors, including John Deere 1 Series, 3E Series and 5D/5E Series Tractors.
At many Drive Green events, comparable competitive equipment will be available, giving guests a chance to test-drive and compare features of different equipment and ask questions about the different tractors.
According to Steve Geick, tactical marketing manager with John Deere, customers who have attended the hundreds of Drive Green events held over the last four years say the best part of the events is the chance to drive the equipment, kick the tires and speak with knowledgeable equipment experts.
“As the theme for this year’s Drive Green Challenge – Take a seat. Take the challenge. Take it home. – implies, the events give customers the opportunity to size up a wide range of utility tractors at a single location. That way they can find out exactly what size and model of tractor will best fit their property and the jobs they want to accomplish,” he says. “It’s a great way to understand how to choose the right size attachments and implements so that they get the most from their equipment investment.”
As an added incentive, people who attend this year’s Drive Green events will receive a $500 discount coupon that can be redeemed for the purchase of a John Deere 1 Series through 6 Series Tractor, and they will automatically be registered to win a John Deere 1023E Sub-Compact Utility Tractor with D120 Loader and Frontier Grooming Mower, which will be given away in November.
At all the events, John Deere dealer experts will be on-hand to demonstrate the equipment and answer questions. Admission is free and no preregistration is required to attend.
