Landscapes USA Acquires Nashville’s Peach Tree

AUSTIN, Texas – LUSA Holdings, LLC. (Landscapes USA), based here, recently completed the acquisition of Peach Tree Landscapes in Nashville, Tenn.

Peach Tree, a 15-year-old company with about 100 employees, provides landscape maintenance and design-build services to office, retail, industrial, multi-family and high-end residential clients. Peach Tree, founded and run by Bryan Clayton and Chip Burnette, is considered one of the premiere landscape companies in Middle Tennessee.

"We selected LUSA to partner with because we believe they will provide the experience, leadership and resources to take Peach Tree to the next level, creating opportunities for Peach Tree’s employees and providing excellent service to our clients," the founders shared in a news release.

LUSA Holdings, LLC. (Landscapes USA) operates in six states: Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, California, Florida and now Tennessee. It has completed four acquisitions in the past four years.
