PITTSBURGH, Pa. – OmniScapes, a Columbus-based landscape contractor, has acquired LandOpt license rights for territory on the southwest side of the city. This strengthens the LandOpt presence in the central Ohio region, as OmniScapes is now the region’s third network contractor, joining M&I Landscapes (northeast Columbus) and ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services (Marion)

As part of LandOpt’s national network of landscape contractors, OmniScapes will incorporate the discipline of the LandOpt System into their day-to-day business in order to streamline operations, achieve growth and improve profitability. A full-service hardscape and landscape design and installation contractor led by owner Jason Craycraft, the company serves both residential and commercial property owners.

By implementing the LandOpt System, Craycraft and his team look to improve productivity, strengthen internal procedures and ultimately expand the company. Of his team’s expectations, the owner shared, “I think we’re all excited to get an outside perspective on how we operate on a day-to-day basis. Most importantly, everyone is open to understanding ways in which we can improve. There is significant upward potential and that’s a huge motivator,” Craycraft said.

The OmniScapes team also looks forward to the benefits that being part of a national contractor network can bring. Craycraft notes that, “The camaraderie, along with the ability to bounce concepts and ideas off of others will be a huge benefit at all levels within our organization. Getting to know the rest of the network—especially those within this region—and having the LandOpt brand as our differentiator, will be a tremendous asset.”
