Parker Hannifin Corp. has acquired Houston-based PGI International for an undisclosed amount.
PGI, which has sales of about $100 million and 550 employees, designs and manufactures high-pressure flow control components and systems for energy, agriculture and petrochemical uses. It will become part of Parker Hannifin’s Instrumentation Group.
Last month, Parker Hannifin bought Velcon Filters LLC, which manufactures filtration systems, from Houston-based The Sterling Group.
