PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Charleston, Illinois-based Pro-Mow Lawn Care has joined the LandOpt Contactor Network, acquiring exclusive LandOpt license rights for this territory. Pro-Mow joins Cut Above Landscaping in Westmont as the second network contractor in the state.
As a full-service lawn and landscape maintenance company that has served the Charleston community and central Illinois since 1999, Pro-Mow has developed a reputation for exceptional customer service and, as a result, has enjoyed a customer retention rate of greater than 90 percent. But, Owner Scott Bierman understands that a growing company and an evolving industry will require better internal structure and disciplined practices on the part of his team to maintain that level of success.
LandOpt Success Coaches have already been on-site with the entire Pro-Mow team for a kickoff meeting, and the transformation process is well under way. Because he is joining the LandOpt Contractor Network in Q4, Bierman will have the opportunity to participate in the Network’s Financial Planning Process, which includes attending the weeklong training event in Pittsburgh during which the entire contractor network comes together to create their 2015 plans.
