LAYTONSVILLE, Md. – Ruppert Landscape, Inc. has acquired selected assets from Craven Creek Landscape Associates, a Raleigh, N.C.-based company that provides commercial grounds management services. The transaction includes the purchase of selected commercial landscape management contracts, trucks, equipment and the hiring of several employees. The commercial clients are primarily based in Wake, Durham and Nash Counties.
Craven Creek has been doing business in the Raleigh metropolitan area for over 18 years and Ruppert Landscape has been serving customers from its branches in Charlotte and Raleigh, N.C., since 2009 and employs just over 100 people at those two locations.
Ruppert Landscape, an employee/family-owned business, provides commercial landscape construction and management in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia and North Carolina from 15 branch offices and has a long-standing tradition of giving back to the community.
