Ruppert Landscape Promotes Dan Trocher to Branch Manager

LAYTONSVILLE, Md. – Ruppert Landscape is pleased to announce the promotion of Dan Trocher to the position of branch manager in the Laytonsville landscape management branch.

As branch manager, he will be responsible for the overall development and health of the branch including the growth and development of his team, strategic planning, budgeting, training and day-to-day operations. Trocher has over 10 years of industry experience and has been with the Ruppert organization for eight years, having started as a field manager and working his way up to area manager, and most recently, enhancement manager.

“Through his years at Ruppert, Dan has demonstrated the ability to perform at the highest level in all of the positions he has held,” said Doug Halsey, regional vice president. “Not only does Dan have the driving force to succeed, he is well respected by both his peers and customers. We are excited to see what he is capable of producing as branch manager.”

Trocher holds a bachelor’s degree in horticulture from Virginia Tech and during his tenure at Ruppert, he has been honored two times with the branch impact award for his outstanding contributions and dedication to the organization (Laytonsville landscape management branch in 2008 and Frederick landscape management branch in 2011). Trocher lives in Baltimore, Maryland.
