Summit Holdings’ Board of Directors has announced that, as part of the company’s succession plan, Justin Fink will become CEO of Summit Truck Group in January 2016. Current CEO Blair Roberts will transition to serving as an executive coach to Summit’s management leadership team and organization, and will focus on driving operational improvements throughout Summit.
Justin Fink currently serves as President and, in his new role as both CEO and President, will assume leadership responsibilities for all operations of the organization, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Justin is a 13-year veteran of the industry with experience in dealership operations and OEMs.
Summit Truck Group was formed in early 2014 with the merger of Diamond Companies and Roberts Truck Center.
