York Promoted to Senior Marketing Manager for BASF
Bob York has been promoted to senior marketing manager at BASF Professional Turf & Ornamentals.
York started at BASF in 2002 as a senior sales specialist for the northeastern United States territory, and moved into a marketing role in 2005. Prior to working for BASF, he held positions at ProSource One and Novartis (formerly Ciba-Geigy). He graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in agriculture.

Jones Named Areas Sales Manager for Bayer
Bayer CropScience LP has named Jonathan Jones area sales manager for its Environmental Science business, servicing the golf and lawn care sales markets in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee.
Previously, Jones served at three golf courses in the Georgia market as an assistant golf course superintendent. Most recently, he was a sales representative for Corbin Turf. He is an active member of the national and local chapters of the Golf Course Superintendent Association, as well as the Georgia Sports Turf Managers Association, serving as the vice president.
